Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Agentrook ("the Service"), operated by Soulbatical BV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agentrook provides AI-powered advertising management tools, including creative generation, campaign management, and performance analytics for connected advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be authorized to connect advertising accounts you link to the Service
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Advertising Platform Compliance

You agree to comply with the advertising policies of all connected platforms (including Meta Advertising Policies and Google Ads Policies). Agentrook is not responsible for ad account suspensions or policy violations resulting from content you approve or publish.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will comply with all advertising platform policies or local regulations.

6. Billing & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Ad spend on connected platforms is billed directly by those platforms, not by Agentrook.

7. Limitation of Liability

Agentrook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
