Connected platforms
When you connect advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads), we store encrypted access tokens to manage campaigns on your behalf. We do not store your platform passwords.
Campaign data
We access campaign performance data, ad creatives, and audience insights from your connected advertising accounts to provide our services.
Usage data
We collect anonymized analytics about how you use our platform to improve our services. This includes page views, feature usage, and device information.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve our AI-powered advertising services

4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on servers within the European Union (Supabase, hosted on AWS eu-central-1). All platform access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. All data transmission is encrypted via TLS 1.2+.

- Supabase — Authentication and database (EU-hosted)
- Stripe — Payment processing
- Meta Platform — Advertising API integration
- Google — Advertising API integration and analytics
- PostHog — Product analytics (EU-hosted)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

7. Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@agentrook.com. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your data within 30 days. Connected platform tokens are revoked immediately.
